* Lake Directory Feature Card eligibility: Lake Directory Feature Cards are $52.00 as a one-time payment for one approved yearly placement. A Lake Directory Feature Card is included at no additional charge with all other active Card & Page placements, subject to available category space, category fit, layout needs, and publication approval. Lake Directory Cards are limited to 12 primary paid placements per Lake Directory category. When displayed on a Lake Directory category page, the standard placement is a matching Lake Directory Carousel Card beside the Lake Directory Card. If the most relevant category is full, Lake Wedowee Discovery may offer the advertiser a suitable alternate category, waitlist placement, carousel / overflow visibility, or other supporting visibility.

Lake Wedowee Discovery is currently offering early build-out pricing while the site continues to grow. Lake Directory Feature Cards are sold as a one-time payment of $52.00 for one approved yearly placement. FSBO Listing Card & Page placements are $75 per month and include Lake Directory Feature Card eligibility at no additional charge while active. Page Featured Spotlight Card & Page placements are $75 per month and are placed directly under the hero on a selected major page or navigation page where available. Page Featured Spotlight Card & Page placements may be used for approved event features, business spotlights, property or listing promotions, broker or realtor features, services, places, or community features. Homepage Featured Spotlight Card & Page placements are $100 per month and are exclusive monthly homepage placements while active. Featured Article Card & Page placements are $100 per month. Monthly placements renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. No long-term contract is required for monthly placements. Canceling stops future billing, but the current paid placement remains active through the end of the paid term. Pricing may be reviewed each January and may increase by up to 10% per year until rates better match site traffic, placement demand, and industry value. Placement begins after the submitted content is reviewed, approved, and published, not necessarily on the payment date. Display layout, image cropping, card placement, and page presentation may adjust for mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes. Full feature advertisers may receive supporting featured card visibility on relevant pages where applicable. Featured card visibility may appear in rotating visibility areas on relevant pages. Rotation timing, order, placement, and display may vary by page, device, layout, active advertiser count, and site needs. FSBO listings may be removed earlier if the property sells. Payment confirms a submission for review and does not guarantee publication if the content is incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or outside the Lake Wedowee Discovery service area. Lake Directory Cards are limited to 12 primary paid placements per Lake Directory category to protect visibility, avoid overcrowding, and keep each category page useful for visitors. Lake Wedowee Discovery reserves the right to increase the number of Lake Directory Card placements in any category at its discretion. A Lake Directory Feature Card is included at no additional charge with all other active Card & Page placements, subject to available category space, category fit, layout needs, and publication approval. If the most relevant category is full, Lake Wedowee Discovery may offer a suitable alternate category, waitlist placement, carousel / overflow visibility, or other supporting visibility. Additional placements beyond the main 12 Lake Directory placement rows may be considered when appropriate, but are subject to availability, category fit, layout needs, and publication approval. Additional approved cards may be displayed through a rotating carousel, overflow section, alternate category, waitlist placement, or other supporting visibility at Lake Wedowee Discovery’s discretion. The 12-card limit applies to paid Lake Directory category placements only. Advertisers may request standard content updates at 30-day intervals or at renewal. Standard updates may include updated text, one replacement image, link changes, or basic placement corrections. Major redesigns, rewritten feature content, multiple image swaps, new offers, new listings, or a substantially different advertisement may require an update service fee depending on the amount of work involved. Lake Access Map Placement may be included with qualifying active Page Featured Spotlight Card & Page, Homepage Featured Spotlight Card & Page, or Featured Article Card & Page placements when the business, event, or featured location is within 20 miles of Lake Wedowee and is a good fit for visitor planning. Featured Lake Access Map pins and related listing cards may be removed when the qualifying paid advertising period ends unless renewed. Featured Article Pages are dedicated advertiser feature pages; multiple Featured Article Cards may appear on article, directory, homepage, or supporting pages when multiple advertisers are active. Paid cards, feature pages, sponsored articles, promoted placements, and map placements may be labeled as sponsored, featured, promoted, or advertising where appropriate.
